ngaku jela kalau cuti sah2 bgn lewat...
tidow ni sebenarnye baek utk kesihatan...
tp jgn terlebih tidow lak...
sampai matahari terpacak ats kepale bru nk bgn....
umi ak slalu ckp...
org yang tidow pagi ni ssh nk dpt rezeki...
so,,law nk tidoe jgk...
tido la tghari....
nabi muhammad SAW pon menggalakkan kite tdow sekejap pd wktu tghari...
bile dikaji...tido tghri ni dpt mengurangkan risiko sakit jantung...
sume y Rasulullah buat tu ade hikmah nye....
